This notice explains how Elosung uses browser cookies, local storage, session storage and closely related technology. A cookie is a small value sent with website requests. Local and session storage keep values in the browser without sending them automatically with every request.
Some storage is necessary to provide a feature you request, such as remembering a language, maintaining sign-in, keeping a procurement list or saving an RFQ draft. Limited first-party conversion analytics is optional and remains off until you allow it.
The following technologies support security, preferences or features that a visitor or account user requests. Rejecting optional measurement does not disable them.
If you select Allow site analytics, Elosung may keep elosung_conversion_source in session storage for the current browser session. It reduces a referrer or campaign parameter to a coarse category such as direct, search, AI, social or referral.
The site may then record bounded events such as a smart-search submission, result click, product view, addition to a procurement list, list view or freight estimate. The record may include page type, locale, device class, country code, SKU or result count where relevant. It does not store the search words, chat transcript, email address, street address, IP address or a persistent visitor identifier in the conversion-event table.
Conversion events are retained for up to 90 days. Selecting Necessary only removes the session source value and prevents new optional browser conversion events. An enabled Global Privacy Control or browser Do Not Track signal also prevents them.
On production deployments, Vercel Speed Insights reports Web Vitals and technical facts such as route, URL, network class, browser, device type, operating system, country, performance value and SDK information. According to the provider's current documentation, these data points are anonymous, are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address, and cannot reconstruct a browsing session across pages.
Speed Insights does not provide Elosung with an advertising profile or a named visitor record. We use it to find slow pages and layout problems. If the provider or implementation changes materially, this notice and the related control will be reviewed.
When you deliberately follow an Elosung promoter referral link, the service may set elosung_invite and elosung_referral_visit for up to 30 days. They keep a bounded promoter and visit reference so an eligible buyer registration or buyer-confirmed RFQ can credit the requested referral relationship and apply self-referral checks.
For an Agent-prepared buying handoff, Elosung may also record that the tracked handoff was opened and that its products were added to a procurement list. This event stores no chat transcript, contact message, payment account or Agent payee. The referral values do not follow you across unrelated websites and are not used to build an advertising profile. Removing them before registration or RFQ submission may prevent referral credit.
A product link in a Growth outreach email may use a random, first-party reference. The server stores only its hash. A valid redirect request can set __Host-elosung_growth_attribution as a secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookie for up to 30 days so a new Buyer registration and that company's first eligible RFQ can be connected to the original message.
An email security scanner can request a link, so a redirect request is not treated as a verified person or customer. Registration, RFQ and order records are reported separately as verified business outcomes. This attribution does not store a raw IP address, user-agent string, referrer or full visited URL, is not sent to Google Analytics, does not create promoter commission and yields to a valid promoter referral. Clearing the cookie before registration prevents this connection.
Most values described here are first-party, meaning they are read or set in the elosung.cn context. Authentication, hosting and performance services may deliver their own technically necessary scripts, requests or cookies when the corresponding feature is active.
A third-party service's independent website has its own privacy and cookie practices. Elosung does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising cookies.
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to switch between Necessary only and Allow site analytics. The change applies to future optional events. You can also clear site data in the browser, but doing so may sign you out, remove the local procurement-list identity, delete an unsent RFQ draft, reset language and privacy choices, or remove promoter or Growth outreach attribution.
Blocking all cookies or storage may prevent account, security and requested workflow features from operating. Browser controls vary, so consult the browser's own settings for deletion or blocking instructions.
We review this notice when browser storage, providers or feature purposes change. The effective date identifies the current version. A new non-essential purpose will not be treated as covered by an earlier choice when fresh consent is required.
