Does Elosung independently certify every product?
No. Elosung organizes authorized supplier catalog data and operational review states. Product testing, certification and destination eligibility must be supported by evidence for the exact SKU and market.
What happens when carton data is missing?
The missing field remains unconfirmed. A precise freight calculation should not be presented until case pack, dimensions, gross weight and volume are complete for the SKU.
Why can visible stock change before an order?
Recorded stock is not a reservation. Other allocation events or supplier updates can change the quantity before commercial confirmation.
Which facts become binding?
The accepted commercial documents control the transaction. The formal quote and resulting order preserve the confirmed product, quantity, price, allocation, freight scope, validity and stated conditions.
