China Ready-Stock Wholesale: A Buyer’s Verification Guide
Learn how global buyers should verify China ready stock, MOQ, price, packaging and allocation before accepting a wholesale quote.
Reviewed and updated 2026-07-28What buyers should remember
- Available stock is different from future supplier capacity.
- A usable listing needs MOQ, buying increment, price and carton facts.
- Stock is not reserved until the commercial terms are confirmed.
- Freight and destination eligibility remain route-specific.
Ready-stock facts to verify
| Field | What it means | Buyer check |
|---|---|---|
| Available quantity | Unreserved sellable units currently recorded | Confirm again when the quote is issued |
| MOQ | Smallest accepted purchase quantity | Check whether it fits the buying plan |
| Buying increment | Quantity step above the MOQ | Avoid invalid order quantities |
| Case pack | Pieces packed in one outer case | Use it for carton and handling calculations |
| Stock update | Time of the latest supplier or warehouse sync | Prefer recent, traceable updates |
Start with product identity, not only the photo
Match the title, SKU, barcode where available, brand, origin and pack format. Similar product images can represent different sizes, materials or retail configurations.
A buying decision should be tied to one exact SKU and one recorded packaging configuration.
Convert stock into a valid buying quantity
The requested quantity must meet the MOQ and follow the buying increment. It should also be checked against case pack so carton totals are operationally sensible.
Elosung calculates legal quantity steps and estimated cartons, weight and volume from the product facts shown on the page.
Treat the quote as the final verification point
Visible stock improves buying speed, but it is not a reservation. The RFQ confirms current allocation, freight route, Incoterm, destination questions and quote validity.
- Name the destination country and city.
- State the target arrival window.
- List any label, test or compliance evidence required.
- Confirm whether the order can ship as full or mixed cartons.
Buyer questions, answered directly
Does ready stock mean the goods are reserved?
No. It means sellable quantity is currently recorded. Reservation happens only after commercial confirmation and inventory allocation.
Can a buyer order below the MOQ?
The catalog quantity must meet the published MOQ and buying increment. Any exception must be confirmed in the RFQ.
Is international freight included in the unit price?
No. Catalog unit prices exclude international freight unless a formal quote explicitly states otherwise.
